About Me

Hey there! I'm Savannah Sinclair, a Chicago based performer, director, choreographer and teacher. Originally from Sarasota, FL, I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by the arts. My first love was dance but I found a passion for singing when I underwent reconstructive foot surgery in my early teens. After about 3 years on and off my feet, I jumped right back into dance classes! I started teaching and choreographing when I was 15 and two years later, directed my first musical.

In 2020, I graduated from Manhattan School of Music with a degree in Musical Theatre. During my time in school, I continued to seek opportunities that helped me grow as a director. In 2018, DGF: Toasts Celebrated Stephen Schwartz 70th Birthday at the Hudson Theatre. Under the supervision of Scott Schwartz, I staged “Testimony” conducted by Judith Clurman. Later that same year, I had my choreography featured for the premiere of Aladdin Jr. at the Junior Theatre Festival.

Since coming to Chicago, I've had the pleasure of directing for Great Works Theatre Company in addition to teaching at Improv Playhouse and American Eagle Productions. I just wrapped up directing and choreographing 13: The Musical at Stagedoor Manor in NY! Most recently I played Fastrada in Pippin at Music Theatre Works and up next I'll be playing Alice Beineke in The Addams Family at Metropolis Performing Arts Center. (running Sept 14th-Oct 8th 2023)

Let's create together!
