About Me

Hey there! I'm Savannah Sinclair, a Chicago based performer, director, choreographer and teacher. I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by the arts in Sarasota, FL. My first love was dance but I found a passion for singing while I underwent reconstructive foot surgery in my early teens. After about 3 years on and off my feet, I jumped right back into dance classes! By the time I was 16, I was directing and choreographing children's productions as well as performing at local union theatres.

In 2020, I graduated from Manhattan School of Music with a degree in Musical Theatre. During my time there, I had the honor of training with Randy Graff, Boyd Gaines, Luis Perez, David Loud, Liza Gennaro, Marshall Davis Jr. and many more! After graduation, I made my way to the Windy City!

Most recently I've played Fastrada in Pippin at Music Theater Works directed by Kyle Dougan and Alice Beineke in The Addams Family at Metropolis Performing Arts Center directed by Robbie Simpson. I'll be returning to Metropolis this spring to play Judy in 9 to 5 the Musical directed by Landree Fleming. This summer, I'm looking forward to my Marriott Theatre Debut as a swing and assistant dance captain for Beehive directed by Deidre Goodwin!

Back in 2018, DGF: Toasts Celebrated Stephen Schwartz 70th Birthday at the Hudson Theatre. Under the supervision of Scott Schwartz, I staged “Testimony” conducted by Judith Clurman. Later that same year, I had my choreography featured for the premiere of Aladdin Jr. at the Junior Theatre Festival. Since coming to Chicago , I've had the pleasure of directing for Great Works Theatre Company in addition to teaching at American Eagle Productions and Improv Playhouse. This past summer I made my way to NY to Direct/Choreograph 13: The Musical at Stage Door Manor!
